家庭账户Family account

成年人负责注册、付款、管理一个孩子档案并监督儿童使用。请提供准确的家长资料，保护验证码与 PIN，不要让孩子输入真实全名、地址或联系方式。

An adult is responsible for registration, payment, one child profile and supervision. Keep verification codes and the PIN secure, and do not ask a child to enter a full legal name, address or contact details.

1.0 服务范围Version 1.0 service

DoodleSeed 提供在线绘画、人工准备并配对的中英双语故事模板、浏览器语音点读与整页朗读。浏览器与设备支持会影响语音功能。当前版本不承诺任意输入自动翻译、无限内容生成或特定学习结果。

DoodleSeed provides online drawing, human-prepared paired Chinese-English story templates, and browser-based tap-to-read and page narration. Speech features depend on browser and device support. The current version does not promise automatic translation of arbitrary input, unlimited generation, or a particular learning result.

家庭内容Family content

家庭保留上传画作和原创表达的权利，并授予我们为生成、保存、展示和下载家庭绘本所必需的有限许可。请勿上传违法、有害、包含不必要儿童个人资料或侵犯他人权利的内容。

The family keeps its rights in uploaded artwork and original expression, and gives us a limited licence only as needed to generate, save, display and download the family story. Do not upload unlawful or harmful material, unnecessary child personal data, or content that infringes another person's rights.

方案与价格Plans and prices

• Seed：页面所列的有限免费体验。Seed: the limited free experience shown on the site.
• Sprout：£0.50，一次性购买 24 小时，不自动续费。Sprout: £0.50 for one 24-hour period, one-off and non-renewing.
• Bloom 月付：£8.99/月，自动续费，直至取消。Bloom monthly: £8.99 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled.
• Bloom 年付：£79/年，自动续费，直至取消。Bloom annual: £79 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled.

最终金额（包括付款页面显示的任何适用税费）、周期、币种和下次收费日期以付款前 Stripe Checkout 显示为准。Final amount (including any applicable tax shown at checkout), interval, currency and next charge date are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.

立即提供数字服务Immediate digital supply

选择付费方案前，家长会被要求阅读本条款与隐私政策，并明确要求付款后立即提供数字服务。对于一日体验，服务会在付款确认后立即开始。对于订阅，权益会在付款确认后开通。

Before choosing a paid plan, the parent is asked to read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and expressly request immediate supply of the digital service. The one-day experience starts when payment is confirmed; subscription access is activated after payment confirmation.

取消、冷静期与退款Cancellation, cooling-off and refunds

月付或年付可通过家长中心的 Stripe 管理入口取消，通常可继续使用至已付款周期结束；具体访问截止日期和订阅状态以 Stripe 账单页面及家长中心显示为准。取消不会自动退还已经使用的周期。消费者可能享有 14 天取消权；如果您明确要求立即开始数字服务，已提供部分可能影响可退金额，数字内容完全履行后取消权可能依法终止。错误扣款、重复付款、服务未开通或退款请求请联系 team@doodleseed.io。法定消费者权利不受限制。

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be cancelled through the Stripe management link in the Grown-up centre and normally remain available until the paid period ends; the access end date and subscription status shown by Stripe billing and the Grown-up Centre apply. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period already used. Consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right; where immediate supply is expressly requested, the supplied portion may affect the refund, and the right may end once digital content is fully supplied as permitted by law. For mistaken or duplicate charges, access not activated, or refund requests, contact team@doodleseed.io. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

服务变更与可用性Changes and availability

我们可为安全、合规或产品改进更新功能，但不会在已付款周期内无合理原因实质减少核心付费权益。维护、设备、网络或第三方服务可能造成临时中断；发生问题请联系我们。

We may update features for security, compliance or product improvement, but will not materially reduce core paid access during a paid period without good reason. Maintenance, devices, networks or third-party services may cause temporary interruptions; contact us if there is a problem.

责任与法律Liability and law

DoodleSeed 是家庭创作与阅读工具，不代替学校教学或专业建议。在法律允许范围内，我们不对超出合理控制范围的间接损失负责。本条款受英格兰和威尔士法律管辖；消费者仍保留居住地强制法律赋予的权利。

DoodleSeed is a family creativity and reading tool, not a substitute for school teaching or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss outside our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; consumers retain mandatory rights in their place of residence.
